Our home was painted by McClain's, with a crew led by Lucas, and with an estimate provided by Levi. The most helpful person on the crew beyond Lucas was Rafael, who pointed out things that we should address, and helped us in addressing those items. Lucas worked with us, making adjustments in the work, and getting the job finished on-time. The quality of the interior paint job was excellent, and at the final walk-through there were only a few small items/touch-ups that needed addressing. We will use McLain's again.

We hired these guys to repair our ceiling after some other housework. I searched for best drywall repair in Knoxville and McClain's painting was highly reviewed, and I noticed they had over 25 years as a family business. I called Collete and she quickly scheduled an estimate. Our estimator Chase and the crew lead, Jason, were excellent. They always let me know what was going on and were conscientious of our time and the interruption of our lives due to this project. They have a great leader in Braedon, and he lead the work on site. Muhammed, Jaxon, Dylon and Dustin on the Marble City team were fantastic on site and I could just leave them on autopilot. They all were able to put their heads together and problem solve as they went along. At the end of the project Jason made sure we were happy with the results and ensured the final cleanup was done, which was the best I have ever seen after big project like this. Great job all!

We had some significant carpentry requirements to repair/replace major portions of the tongue & grove wood exterior of our home. The crew that performed the carpentry work was outstanding. Daniel, the estimator was thorough in identifying repair requirements and detailed in explaining both cost estimates and timeline. When it was time for the work to be done, Donny the crew leader was simply awesome to deal with and he was central to this successful project. His carpentry team of Rodney, Joshua, and Taylor were really professional and diligent in their work - they all really know their stuff. Their work on matching new to existing material and installation of a significant amount of flashing was impressive. We appreciated the open and clear communication by the entire team and their pride in craftsmanship. They also were the best ever in cleaning and straightening up the worksite every day. McLain’s is now doing the painting of our home exterior and we look forward to working with their painting crew

I am a repeat customer.
I had a problem in my laundry room where my hot water heater failed. It turned out there was asbestos in the vinyl flooring. My entire laundry room had to be emptied and the flooring scraped up. I called McLain's again because of the quality of their work. The carpentry crew working with Donny, Taylor, Joshua, and Rodney, replaced the flooring, the baseboard, the door, and they went above and beyond, Taylor and Joshua placed the flooring so I can extend the same style out of the laundry room and into the basement. I was delighted they thought of the next step! Rodney worked on the new door until it fit perfectly. I asked for Madeline and her paint crew. Madeline was on the team that painted the outside of my house. She came with Joe and Shanna. The room now looks brand new. Shanna cleaned up my mirror and towel bars and they look new again. I am a very satisfied customer--again
