Charles has been with McLain’s Painting since its founding in 1999 and brings over 30 years of experience in the painting industry. With a deep passion for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, Charles takes pride in discovering what matters most to each client — and delivering results that meet or exceed their expectations.

What Charles loves most about leading McLain’s Painting is the opportunity to make people happy by providing high-quality work and building lasting relationships with customers.

Charles has been married to the love of his life, Sarah, for over 25 years. Together, they have three sons — Grant, Braeden (and his wife Scarlett), and Jaxson. In his free time, Charles enjoys spending time with his family and watching sports. (Go Cubs!)

Matt joined McLain’s Painting in March 2021, but he’s been in and around the painting industry for most of his life. A proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Matt brings a passion for mentorship, leadership, and community involvement to everything he does.

He loves being part of the McLain’s team because of its strong family culture, Christ-centered values, and supportive leadership. For Matt, it’s more than just a job — it’s about working with people who care and making a difference in the lives of both clients and team members.

Matt has been married to his amazing wife, Sasha, for over 15 years. Together, they have three wonderful children: Ashton, Payton, and Adalyn. When he’s not working, you can find Matt:

• Traveling with his family
• Coaching his son's travel baseball team
• Supporting his girls in cheerleading and cross-country
• Watching all things UT Sports (Go Vols!)
• Grilling and smoking food on his Traeger
• Exploring new restaurants and food experiences with Sasha — both proud foodies at heart

Melissa is new to both McLain’s and the painting industry, but she brings over 25 years of experience in office management. She’s drawn to the strong sense of family, the positive employee morale, and the generous ways McLain’s gives back to the community.

Melissa has been married to her husband, Lance, for 20 years. They have a son, Rylan, and two energetic dogs, Apollo and Sterling. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and discovering new experiences with her family.

Grant has spent several years developing his skills in the painting industry, starting with hands-on experience in the painting field before transitioning into an office role for two years. He now serves as a Field Supervisor in training, where he bridges communication between customers and crews, ensuring each project upholds quality and professionalism.

Outside of work, Grant enjoys playing recreational sports like pickleball, spike ball, and ultimate frisbee with friends. In 2024, Grant spent eight months serving with the 10th Hour Project, a discipleship and missions ministry that shaped his perspective on life. He is actively involved in his local church, particularly in the children’s ministry. Grant says he is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and his ultimate goal is not to make himself known by what he does, but that the world would come to know Jesus — the One who graciously works through him for His will and glory.

Natalie joined McLain’s with several years of industry experience, having previously coordinated warranty repairs for solar panel installations. With this background she brings a strong understanding of the construction and service process to the team.

Since joining McLain’s, she has appreciated the warm, welcoming culture and the company’s commitment to family and community—especially through events that bring everyone together outside of work.

Outside of the office, Natalie has been married for nine years and is a proud parent to three children, ages 9, 5, and 1 month. Their home is also shared with two cats. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her kids, reading, and winding down with a good TV series alongside her husband

Erin joined McLain’s Painting in 2021 as a Customer Care Coordinator, and after nearly a year, she transitioned into an HR role. After taking some time off in 2024 to focus on ministry and family, she’s now back part-time, supporting the team with marketing and recruiting efforts.

One of Erin’s favorite aspects of working at McLain’s is the strong support she receives for both her family life and her ministry work.



Erin has been married to her husband, Nick, for 20+ years. Nick has been part of the McLain’s Painting team as a painter since 2020. Together, they have three children: Michael, Joshua, and Ella.

In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, hosting gatherings at her home, and relaxing with a good book.

Bianca Mungcal serves as the Customer Service Representative at McLain’s Painting, where she brings a warm, friendly, and professional presence to every customer interaction. Bianca recently joined the team and has already become a trusted point of contact for both clients and crew members. Her attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and commitment to providing top-notch support make her an essential part of the company’s day-to-day operations.

From coordinating schedules and client communications, Bianca ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her ability to stay organized and approachable helps maintain the high standard of service that McLain’s Painting is known for.

Outside of work, Bianca enjoys a full and joyful life as a wife and mother to two amazing children, Timothy John and Amyllia Faith. Whether she’s spending quality time with her family or relaxing with a good book and a cup of coffee, she brings the same heart and dedication to her personal life that she does to her role at McLain’s.

Levi has been with McLain’s since January of 2022, but has been in the construction industry for much longer.

Some of the reasons he loves working at McLain’s is the culture and values. He loves working with coworkers who take pride in their work, want to be there, and are committed to honesty and integrity.

He has been married to his amazing wife, Melinda, for 8+ years. They have three girls: Jubilee, Harmony, and Selah. In his spare time he enjoys hanging out with family, outdoor activities, and DIY projects.

Danny joined the McLain’s Painting team in April of 2024. While Danny is new to the painting industry, he has 13 years of experience in customer service and sales.

Danny and his wonderful wife Lauren have been married for 13+ years and have an amazing (and sometimes wild) daughter named Lily.

In their spare time they enjoy camping, traveling, and enjoying time with friends and family. 

Chase joined McLain’s Painting in 2025 and confidently says it’s the best job he’s ever had—largely due to the incredible team he gets to work with every day. 

Chase and his wife of 20+ years recently moved to the area and they have one son. 

Outside of work Chase is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and actively competes in tournaments across the country.

Donny joined McLain’s in March of 2025, bringing 20 years of industry experience with him. He appreciates the strong family values at McLain’s and respects Charles as an owner—tough but fair, and always committed to the team.

Donny and his wife, Nicole, have been married for nearly ten years. They have two daughters, Shiloh and Shania, along with a lively household that includes two dogs, two cats, and nine chickens.

In his free time, Donny enjoys being with his family, working around the house and yard, and spending time in God’s beautiful creation.

Lucas has been with McLain’s Painting since 2014 and brings over 19 years of experience in the industry. One of the things he appreciates most about working at McLain’s is the loyal customer base that keeps the team busy year-round.

Outside of work, Lucas enjoys a variety of hobbies including kayaking, biking, attending music concerts, and traveling. He also has two beloved cats, Mia and Minzo, who he considers part of the family.

I've been with McLain's Painting since 2025, bringing over 12 years of experience in the painting industry. I take pride in working for a company that upholds such high standards. Charles is an outstanding leader, and Matt has been a great mentor to me. What I value most is that McLain's understands the importance of family.

My wife, Brittany, and I have been together for six years. We have six wonderful children—Harper, Zola, Hadley, Oliver, Willow, and Wren. Our family also includes a lively bunch of animals: two dogs, one cat, nine chickens, eighteen quail, two goats, and a pig.

In my free time, I enjoy outdoor adventures with my family, including kayaking, hiking, rafting, and rock climbing. We also spend a lot of time caring for our homestead. Life is full—and I feel incredibly blessed.

Jason has been with McLain's since November 2022 but has been in or around the construction industry on both the commercial and residential sides for the last 25 years.

Jason is a very proud father of 3 children; Hannah, Haley, and Hayden and enjoys spending time with them.

His hobbies these days include travel baseball, camping, and anything outdoors.

I’ve been with McLain’s Painting since 2021, starting as an apprentice and working my way up to crew leader through hard work and dedication. One of the things I appreciate most about McLain's is the strong family atmosphere—it truly makes the job rewarding.

Outside of work, I’ve been with my boyfriend for eight years. My world revolves around my pitbull, Axel, and my younger sister, Lyra Jane. On my days off, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, camping, kayaking, and working on my house and garden.
