Customer satisfaction is our goal

family pic2McLain’s Painting Services values our customers, and we work to make sure every step of your painting project is handled professionally, efficiently and responsibly.

That’s why we ask our clients to complete customer satisfaction forms. We value your opinion and ideas. We try to avoid bragging, but to tell the truth, we’re pretty proud of the good things our customers have said about us. One recent customer gave us this report card:

“Charles [McLain, owner], we are so pleased with your services. From the initial quote to the final invoice, you never missed a beat. I favor dealing directly with owners anytime I get the chance, as their work is only as good as their word.

Christian [Freeman, color consultant] was great. I think it’s a true value add to have a color consultant. She made me feel good about keeping the color consistent throughout, as it would appeal to most anyone. This is important to us since we are about to place our home on the market.

I would like future customers to know that you are reliable, honest, easy to work with, and very professional.

Lastly, you asked what you all did that we especially liked. The work crew was quiet. My husband and I were both working from home that day, and were on numerous conference calls throughout the day, and we rarely heard a noise at all. Also, they cleaned up after the job and literally you would have never known we had work done that day. It was very fulfilling to do the final walk-through with the job supervisor. I felt like a huge weight had been lifted, post-job. As we now move into the process of finding a new home, should we need your service in the immediate future, you will be our first and only call.”
