MEET THE TEAM

Charles has been with McLain’s since it began in 1999, and has been in the painting industry for 29 years. One of the things that he loves most about working at McLain’s is being able to make the customers happy, through finding out what is important to them and meeting their expectations. Charles has been married to the Love of his Life Sarah for 23 years and they have had three boys, Grant (19), Braeden (16), and Jaxson (13). Some of Charles Hobbies are spending time with his family and watching sports, (Go Cubs!)

Matt has been with McLain’s since March 2021, but has been in or around the industry for most of his life. Some of the reasons that he loves working at McLain’s is that he loves the positive culture that the company has, as well as all of the amazing staff, and the fact that the company is run really well. Matt has been with his lovely wife for 12 years and they have 3 children together; Ashton (11), Payton (10), and Adalyn (4). Some of the things that he enjoys doing in his spare time is traveling with his family, golfing, being a traveling baseball coach, anything having to do with UT Sports (Go Vols.), and smoking meat in his Traeger.

Erin has been with McLain’s since November of 2021, and is fairly new to the industry. One of the things that she love’s about working for McLain’s is that there is a strong commitment to integrity in everything that is said and done. She also loves that there is a great sense of teamwork, and we support one another to make each one of us better at our jobs. She has been married to her amazing husband Nick for 17 years, and they have three children; Michael (15), Joshua (11), and Ella (8). Some of her hobbies involve spending time with her family, traveling, and reading good books.

Grant has been in and around this company his whole life. One of the things that he really likes about working at McLain's is that we always strive for clear communication with each other and our customers. Some of his Hobbies include sports, hanging out with friends, and playing video games.

Michael has been with us since January of 2020, and he has been in the industry for 22 years. One of the things that he really likes about working at McLains is our teamwork,and the fact that we are all constantly working to perform at the highest level. Michael has been married to his bride Natasha, for 17 years and they have 5 children; Sam (15), Jake (13), Ellie (11), Amos (9), Hannah (3). Some of Michael’s hobbies are woodworking and home improvement projects.

Levi has been with McLain’s since January of 2022. He is new to painting, but has been around the industry for several years. Some of the things that he loves about McLain’s is that there are good people to work with and a great company to work for. He has been married to his amazing wife Melinda for five and a half years. They have two girls, Jubilee (4), and Harmony (2). In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and sports, especially soccer.

Lucas has been with McLain’s since 2014, and has been in the industry for 16+ years. One of the things that he loves about working for McLain’s is that we have a loyal customer base that keeps us working year round. He has 4 cats that he calls family; Mia, Minzo, Oliver, and Sly. Lucas has many different hobbies that he enjoys; kayaking, biking, going to music concerts, and traveling.

Jay has been with McLain’s since February of 2018, and has been in the industry for 21 years. One of the things that he loves about working for McLain’s is that we have well organized structures. He has been married to his wife Christine for 8 years, and has 6 children; Stephanie, Jasmine, Alex, Lewis, Gabrial, and Landon. Some hobbies that Jay enjoys are ATVing and airsoft wars.

Nick has been with McLain’s since August of 2020 and has many years experience in the painting industry. A couple of the reasons that Nick loves working here at McLain’s is that it is a well organized company that is full of good people. He has been married to his wife Erin for 17 years and they have three children; Michael (15), Joshua (11), Ella (8). Some of the hobbies that Nick enjoys are spending time with family, and traveling. Nick is a fine artist as well. He has done Murals, but his primary medium is oil on canvas. You can see his artwork up in our office!
